  1. Awareness is key with OCD, and already you’re aware of your computer use. By changing the order of some habits associated with the computer, you can change the pattern to be less rigid.

    congratulations on the weight loss, DB, even if it has been as a result of illness. It will surely help, but don’t go getting too thin on us!
