Update on Dental Appliance for Sleep Apnea — 4 Comments

  1. Hopefully the Neurologist can help.

I live with insomnia happily now I can be online instead of battling to sleep but in your case you desperately need all the sleep you can get. I do take my camomile tea and have the back up of the Bach flower remedies to quieten down my over active brain or would probably not bother going to bed at all LOL

  2. I’m hoping that the sleep will improve as I begin to advance my jaw little by little. The Sleep doctor and the dentist both say I will know when I make the correct adjustment to the TAP, because I will sleep. Sounds good to me, but I can’t rush this, or I’ll have such a sore mouth and jaw that I won’t be able to use it.
