  1. Congratulations! Bet you feel well rested…apparently seven hours is the amount of sleep the body requires, in a new study recently released. I can’t remember where I read that, though, lol!

  2. I always slept a good 8 hours a night before all this insomnia started some years ago now. But for me to sleep 7 is a real miracle, as I’ve been going on anywhere from 3 to 5 hours a night now for maybe 10 years!

  3. Thanks, Sandy, for letting me know that someone else was successful with the TAP. Did your hubby try and fail at the CPAP the way I did, or was he able to just use the TAP from the beginning?

  4. Good for you! That’s super. My husband has one of those things, and it has meant he has been able to sleep through the night for the first time in his life! Hope it is the answer for you, too.
