  1. We cook with extra virgin olive oil and I've added coconut oil to my diet, too. Also, on this diet you can have up to 3 eggs a day. Animal fats are supposed to be limited to grass fed meats, but when that's not possible it's suggested that you eat lean meats.

  2. How's it going? What kind of fats have you increased? I know that there are good ones and bad ones.
